Ms Nandipha (Nandi) Mzileni-Mbulawa
Nandi spent her early career as a teacher and later a school principal in the Eastern Cape. She learnt first-hand that capability is built patiently — one person and one step at a time.
She carried that discipline into business, founding LILANGA Trading and Enterprises in 2017. What began as a procurement and supply company grew, through COVID-19 and seven years consulting to the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller, into a full project delivery and entrepreneurship group.
Today she leads a consortium model that holds one principle above all others: when LILANGA takes on a project, it gets delivered — on time, within budget, and with the communities we serve at the centre of every outcome.
